Are you passionate about precision, compliance, and financial integrity? We're seeking an Accounting and Compliance Specialist who will play an integral role in safeguarding our operational excellence and financial accuracy. In this dynamic position, you’ll support both our finance and compliance teams with expertise in accounts payable and receivable, billing, and a variety of accounting assignments.

What You'll Do
•  Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) with accuracy and efficiency
•  Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, supporting a strong financial foundation
•  Prepare and process biweekly payroll, including deductions, benefits, and ensuring compliance with California labor laws
•  Assist in monthly closing activities through journal entries and financial statement preparation
•  Contribute to audit readiness by preparing documentation and supporting audit processes
•  Prepare and submit monthly Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), California Compliance, and Export reports
•  Maintain detailed and accurate compliance documentation for federal and state reporting
•  Support internal compliance reviews and ensure all recordkeeping meets regulatory standards
