Reich & Associates is a locally owned firm providing top-notch bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services to mid-sized businesses throughout Napa and Sonoma Counties. Our clients include some of Napa Valley’s oldest wineries, prestigious North Coast estates, elite farming operations, and high-net-worth individuals.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to join our growing team. If you love numbers, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, supported by an Accounting Associate. You’ll work closely with your clients’ management teams, ownership, and CPAs to keep everything running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include
•  Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
•  Preparing reconciliations and timely monthly financial statements
•  Supervising and mentoring accounting associates
•  Interacting directly with clients regularly
•  Handling payroll and compliance reporting
•  Preparing and filing sales tax returns
•  Continuously improving processes and finding efficiencies

What We’re Looking For
•  Strong accounting skills and attention to detail
•  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•  Accomplished in QuickBooks and Excel
•  A proactive, self-starting attitude with great time management
•  Relevant accounting experience (bonus points for experience in multiple industries!)
