Job Summary
The IT Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the technology infrastructure at C. Mondavi & Family. Reporting directly to the IT Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to be hands-on with all facets of the IT environment within a lean, two-person department. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited for someone eager to grow their expertise across a broad range of systems and technologies.
The Systems Administrator will help develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, document and resolve technical issues, and ensure consistent, clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities also include evaluating and implementing new technology solutions, identifying when critical hardware or systems need upgrading, and establishing integration protocols that ensure continuity and functionality across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user workstations, hardware, and software deployments.
• Administer core systems infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows Domain services, Exchange Online, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, and SQL Server.
• Provide network support, including wireless systems, VOIP, VPN infrastructure, and general network deployments and maintenance.
• Manage and support VMWare and virtualization environments; oversee expansion and deployment of additional virtual solutions.
• Maintain and administer local Data Center/Server Room operations, including physical security, power/UPS systems, and hardware integrity.
• Support and maintain SAN solutions and ensure data availability, reliability, and redundancy.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of IT documentation including policies, procedures, user guides, disaster recovery plans, and security-focused protocols in alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
• Size, procure, and deploy server infrastructure as needed to support business growth and system reliability.
• Provide support for new technology adoption and assist with systems integration efforts across departments.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in system or network administration, database support, or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools, networking hardware, protocols, and infrastructure.
• Industry certifications such as A+, VCP, CCA, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of virtual environments, Microsoft ecosystems, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
