Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 with bonus potential
Regional Director of Sales- Spirits Position Summary
Boisset Collection is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of Sales - Spirits to lead sales and marketing efforts for our award-winning and growing spirits portfolio across an assigned region. In this role, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, partner with distributors and key accounts, and promote Boisset spirits through trade events, education, and marketing initiatives.
This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role with national exposure and extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Regional Director of Sales- Spirits Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee regional sales strategies and KPIs for Boisset spirits.
• Manage, train, and grow a regional spirits sales team.
• Partner with wholesale distributors and Boisset wine sales teams to maximize opportunities and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Track sales data, manage budgets, analyze depletions, and optimize pricing, placement, and promotional spend.
• Lead sales meetings, presentations, and distributor kickoffs to communicate goals and boost engagement.
• Represent Boisset Collection at trade events and develop impactful trade experiences to drive brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing to align promotions, packaging updates, and brand storytelling across regions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.
• Support development of new products and sourcing within the spirits portfolio.
• Oversee VIP, Direct-to-Guest (DTG), and brand ambassador programs.
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in alcohol beverage sales, with 7+ years in spirits sales.
• Strong background in managing teams and working with national or regional distributors.
• Proven track record of achieving regional sales goals and managing promotional budgets.
Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze sales reports, depletions, and profitability data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/Sales reporting tools.
Certifications & Licenses
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and/or air.

• Moderate physical activity; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and manual handling.
• Office, retail, travel, and event environments.
• Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends as needed.
