Saint Helena, CA

Job Description:

C. Mondavi & Family is a fifth-generation, family-owned wine company deeply rooted in tradition, pride, and purpose. As one of the few remaining family-owned wine businesses in the industry, we take pride in our people-first culture where every voice matters and every action contributes to something greater. We move with urgency, adapt with purpose, and hold ourselves to the highest standards-not because we have to, but because we care deeply about what we do and who we do it for.

Our team shares a bold drive to win, a commitment to craftsmanship, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality that turns challenges into opportunities. That’s the Mondavi way-honoring our past while building a future rooted in heart, hustle, and family.

Our Benefits Package
At C. Mondavi & Family, we believe that when we take care of our people, they can do their best work. That’s why we offer benefits that reflect our deep commitment to family, well-being, and growth- both personally and professionally. As one of the few remaining family-owned wine companies in Napa Valley and a Top Workplaces award recipient for the 4th year in row, we’re proud to foster a culture where people feel supported and inspired to thrive.

Our benefits include 4 health plans to choose from which include free dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents. We also offer flexible work arrangements, generous paid time off, wellness days, paid parental leave, free short- and long-term disability and life insurance.
