Situated in the rolling hills of Napa Valley’s Carneros District, Hudson Ranch has been growing world-class wine grapes for 40 years. Today, we produce wines from select parcels on our 2,000-acre estate and host guests for curated, appointment-only experiences.

We are hiring a full-time Hospitality Support Team Member with a primary focus on housekeeping. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and order of our guest areas, offices, and back-of-house spaces. While the majority of the work is behind the scenes—including light kitchen prep and scullery support—there will be occasional guest-facing responsibilities during events or peak periods. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and happy to jump in wherever needed to support the hospitality team.

Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Flexibility and occasional overtime required

Duties Include:
•  Cleaning and upkeep of guest areas and offices
•  Set up and break down of wine tastings
•  Light food preparation and occasional cooking
•  Dishwashing and scullery support
•  Assisting with event setup and service as needed

Requirements:
•  Comfortable in both behind-the-scenes and guest-facing roles
•  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
•  Positive, team-oriented attitude
•  Hospitality or kitchen experience a plus
•  Spanish proficiency a bonus

Compensation:
•  Hourly, $21-$23
•  Full-time, year-round position
