Position Summary
Our Estate Host Lead is a gracious ambassador of our estate who inspires their colleagues and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who brings extensive wine experience from fine dining or luxury sales, and high-touch service settings. This person can read the room and adapt their approach to connect authentically with a wide-range of guest personalities. The Estate Host Lead is a vital role, blending excellence with operational support and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
•  Welcome guests for estate tastings and experiences with poise, confidence, and professionalism
•  Build long-term relationships with clients, supporting our luxury efforts with authenticity and care
•  Support daily hospitality operations, including:
o Set-up and breakdown for tastings
o Polishing glassware
o Restocking supplies
o Processing orders
o Administrative tasks (e.g., phone and email correspondence)
o Maintaining the pristine appearance of all guest areas
o Assist with occasional on or off-site events, outside of regular hours
•  Schedule reservations, VIP visits, events, and special experiences
•  Collaborate closely with the Director of Hospitality, providing proactive support and ensuring seamless team service
•  Represent the winery’s core values—excellence, humility, and authenticity—in all guest and team interactions

Qualifications
•  3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining service
•  Proven success in luxury sales and relationship building
•  Strong wine knowledge; formal education such as WSET, CMS, or similar is preferred
•  Exceptional interpersonal skills and a pursuit of service excellence
•  Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•  Strong work ethic, humility, and willingness to support wherever needed

Compensation & Benefits
•  $30/hour + tip line
