We are looking for a Seasonal Events & Tasting Room Support Associate to assist with managing event inquiries, executing on-site events, and providing back-of-house support for the tasting room from May-December of 2025. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, hospitality-driven, and thrives in a dynamic winery setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Events Management
o Respond to event inquiries via email and phone, providing information on event offerings, availability and pricing.
o Plan and execute event logistics, including booking details, timelines, team scheduling, vendor communications, and on-site execution.
o Lead event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a seamless guest experience.
o Act as the primary point of contact during events, managing flow, addressing guest needs, and upholding exceptional hospitality standards.
o Oversee event-related inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
o Create event recaps to access performance and optimize future event planning.
• Assist with Greeting Guests
o Welcome guests with a friendly and fun demeanor
o Pour welcome wine and talk with guests until a Brand Ambassador is ready to start their experience.
o Assist with the organization of guest arrival and scheduling, interacting closely with our Guest Services Specialist
• Tasting Room Back-of-House Support
o Assist with tasting room setup and breakdown, ensuring all spaces are properly staged before and after guest visits.
o Buff and polish glassware, keeping inventory clean and guest-ready.
o Stock and replenish wine, supplies, and hospitality materials throughout the day.
o Support service flow, assisting wine educators with behind-the-scenes tasks to maintain a smooth guest experience.
o Assist with special projects and hospitality initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous hospitality, events, or wine industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed during the peak season
