The Finance Administrative Assistant supports the Controller with AP/AR duties, creates various reports, processes payments, makes deposits, performs reconciliations and assists with other accounting tasks. They will assist in the monthly and annual accounting close. They also assist the sales team with order processing and shipments. They are the primary point of contact for our compliance partners, keeping compliance issues organized and scheduled. They also assist by controlling and managing the office supply inventory.
A successful candidate will:

- Demonstrate successful time management and self-motivational skills.
- Have excellent communication skills, English fluency required.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Demonstrate better than basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the desire to learn more.
- Competent with basic features in other MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point).
- Is comfortable using company provided software and tools.
- Always maintains a professional image and demeanor.
