We are in search of qualified wine educators to join our tight-knit team. Wine educators serve as front-line brand representatives for Miner Family Winery. We are seeking team members who can bring a great attitude, kindness, professionalism and a solid work ethic every day. This is a part-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•  Provide top-notch first impression for the guest by presenting accurate information regarding wines, winemaking, facilities and brand story.
•  Encourage wine club sign-ups in a captivating manner to increase sales and build customer loyalty.
•  Support club and general consumer retention with regular phone/email outreach and communication.
•  Enter sales and accurately operate POS system.
•  Build, enhance and maintain long-term customer relationships.
•  Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
•  Support the team with daily tasks including printing menus, restocking wine, cleaning tables and washing glassware.
•  Demonstrate personal accountability by completing all job duties in a timely manner.
•  Participate with opening and closing duties and maintain a clean workspace.
•  Provide warm and empathetic customer service in person, over the phone and over email.
•  Maintain open line of communication with management team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
•  Organized self-starter with ability to multi-task and problem solve.
•  Wine industry/sales/hospitality experience preferred.
•  Detail and hospitality oriented.
•  Adaptable and able to assist a variety of personality types.
•  Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
•  Strong emotional intelligence and maturity.
•  Assist with special projects as requested and required.
•  Availability to work weekends and flexibility regarding days worked is required.

Compensation
•  Starting $23 per hour, plus:
o Credit card tips
o Sales commissions
o Wine club commissions
