Responsibilities:
•  Bring our 5 Core Values to life, everyday: Customer Service, Pride, Fun, Sense of Community, and Shaper.
•  Consistently deliver on Effortless Luxury: “Empowering the guest on their wine journey by meeting them where they are to establish trust and create a lasting relationship”.
•  Ensure guests feel valued and attended to, delivering a memorable and personalized experience.
•  Host guests in the Tasting Room, exceeding established sales and Club Cuvaison membership goals.
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for Tasting Room customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up for appointments and sales orders.
•  Identify opportunities to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
•  Participate in Club Cuvaison and other special events, as well as trade tastings per management's request.
•  Maintain daily interaction with customers and coworkers to monitor service standards and address any issues.
•  Uphold high visual standards to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
•  Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, including register transactions and inventory transfers.
•  Foster positive communication and collaboration with other winery departments.
•  Coordinate and conduct daily and monthly physical inventory checks.

Qualifications:
•  Enthusiasm, focus, and positive outlook
•  3 - 5 years of luxury wine, restaurant, and/or hotel experience
•  Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
•  Ability to stand for extended periods of time
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
•  Wine Direct, Sling, and Tock experience a plus
•  Certificates and training from Forbes, Ritz Carlton, and Disney Hospitality programs a plus
