A Little About Us
Mark Herold Wines is an ultra-boutique Napa Valley winery crafting wines from some of the region's most notable vineyards. Founded by Mark Herold, one of Napa Valley's pioneering cult Cabernet producers, we bring together extraordinary wines, eclectic luxury, and a genuine, welcoming approach to hospitality that puts people and personal connections at the heart of every experience.
We're a small, close-knit team that takes our wines seriously—but doesn't take ourselves too seriously. We value creativity, collaboration, genuine connections, and making people feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join our team!
This is a fun, varied role that brings together wine, hospitality, community connections, and special events. From welcoming guests for a tasting to visiting local winery and concierge partners or helping bring an event to life, the role offers a mix of responsibilities throughout the week and calls for a flexible, team-oriented approach.
More than anything, we're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys people, is confident working independently but also brings a warm and positive spirit to the workplace, and appreciates being part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun along the way.
