Now, we are looking for an innovative Hospitality & Experience Manager to take the reins of our three distinct regional tasting rooms in Prosser, Leavenworth and Woodinville. Backed by a dedicated marketing and event budget, you will have the creative freedom to design, launch, and execute site-specific events and experiences that connect new and existing customers to our incredible portfolio. Position Overview
•  Role: Winery Hospitality & Experience Manager
•  Reports To: Controller
•  Location: Multi-site (Regular travel to our 3 tasting rooms: Prosser, Leavenworth, Woodinville)
•  Job Type: Full-time
•  Compensation: We offer a competitive annual salary of $65,000 to $76,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Experience & Concept Design
•  Collaborate with tasting room managers to conceive, develop, and launch creative guest experiences tailored to the unique demographics, tourism patterns, and local culture of each of our three locations.
•  Maintain brand and culture consistency across all locations while ensuring each tasting room features site-specific programming that attracts both new and existing local customers.
•  Collaborate with local winemaking and tasting room managers to build elevated food-and-wine pairing experiences that resonate regionally.
•  Establish experience delivery guidelines and train site-specific tasting room staff to execute these concepts flawlessly.
Event Creation & Budget Management
•  Lead the end-to-end planning, regional promotion, and execution of public and private events, from intimate winemaker dinners to large-scale seasonal activations.
•  Oversee a dedicated marketing and event budget, strategically allocating funds across the three locations to maximize impact and foot traffic.
•  Establish recurring event concepts designed specifically to counter regional off-season dips and increase off-peak traffic.
•  Track, analyze, and report on event ROI, ticket sales, budget variances, and secondary wine sales to measure success and refine future strategies.
Local Outreach & Customer Acquisition
•  Collaborate with tasting room managers and regional vendors to design localized outreach strategies that drive traffic to each specific tasting room.
•  Cultivate deep relationships with local business communities, regional tourism boards (e.g., Visit Seattle, Cruise Tours, Yakima Valley Tourism), hotels, and corporate event planners.
•  Position on-site events as the primary customer acquisition funnel for brand-wide Wine Club sign-ups and mailing list growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
•  Experience: 4+ years in event creation, experiential marketing, or regional hospitality management. Experience managing activations across geographically diverse locations is highly preferred.
•  Skills: Proven track record of managing dedicated marketing/event budgets and designing unique guest concepts that measurably increase foot traffic and revenue.
•  Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently while remaining a deeply collaborative team player.
•  Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Washington state wine landscape, regional tourism trends, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) wine sales strategies.
•  Travel: Ability and willingness to travel regularly between our three tasting room locations: Prosser, Leavenworth, and Woodinville.
•  Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods during events and lift up to 40 pounds.
