We are looking for an outgoing, charismatic Hospitality & Brand Experience Lead to become the face and heart of our guest experience. What You’ll Champion
1. The Spotlight: Guest Experience, Storytelling & Sales
•  Host & Captivate: Take guests on an unforgettable journey through our vineyards, craft, and history making every visit feel exclusive, warm, and personal.
•  Inspire Brand Loyalty: Use your natural charm and authentic recommendations to seamlessly convert guests into wine club members and lifelong collectors.
•  Build Your Personal Following: Cultivate your own network of devoted guests who book visits specifically to see you and introduce their inner circles to our brand.
•  Keep the Flow Effortless: Oversee daily tasting room hospitality, guest flow, and touchpoints so every experience feels vibrant and seamless.
2. The Connector: Napa Valley Outreach & Partnerships
•  Be the Brand Ambassador: Get out into the community and represent our winery at industry tastings, local events, and valley gatherings.
•  Cultivate Local Partnerships: Build magnetic relationships with top Napa concierges, drivers, hotel directors, and restaurant partners who will be thrilled to send their guests directly to you.
•  Expand Our Reach: Brainstorm creative ways to put our wines front and center across the valley.
3. The Energy: Team Camaraderie & Event Magic
•  Ignite Team Spirit: Lead by example with infectious positivity. Share your wine knowledge, celebrate team wins, and mentor team members to sell with confidence and authenticity.
•  Bring Events to Life: Host memorable member gatherings, private library tastings, and release parties that guests talk about long after the glasses are cleared.

The Essentials
•  Demonstrated hospitality and wine sales experience (Napa Valley network a strong plus).
•  Tech-comfortable (experience with POS, TOCK, or wine CRMs is ideal).
•  Weekend availability and physical stamina to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
•  An authentic love for wine, people, and creating unforgettable memories.
