What You'll Do:
Procurement
Own end-to-end procurement of raw materials, wine, DTC packaging, & finished goods
Build and manage supplier and vendor relationships; showcasing a deep understanding of pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
Draft, issue, and track all purchase orders; ensure accurate, timely receipt of inventory into NetSuite.
Develop a strategic sourcing plan for raw materials that supports production timelines, accounting for lead times, minimum order quantities, and supplier requirements
Partner with Accounting on cost tracking, Bill of Materials (BOM) builds, and inventory valuation.
Logistics & Freight
Independently own freight partnerships: negotiate rates and select the most timely, cost-efficient partners for door-to-door domestic and international freight.
Maintain a rolling logistics forecast that evolves with production and inventory needs.
Coordinate and issue trucking and ocean freight orders; managing door-to-door shipments
Track shipments in real time and proactively communicate ETAs, delays, and roadblocks to management.
Maintain a redundant network of freight and trucking partners, including onboarding new partners as needed.
Proactively evaluates opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline logistics, procurement, production tracking, and other operational workflows.
Production Support
Project-manage core bottlings from planning through completion, maintaining consistent communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met and production timelines stay on track
Manage dry goods pre-production planning aligned to the production calendar.
Set up and manage work orders, spec sheets and tech pack information.
Oversee bottling logistics and scheduling.
Maintain WIP (work-in-progress) trackers throughout the production cycle.
Compliance & Documentation
Submit labels to the Director of Compliance for TTB approval and maintain Organic Certifications, NOPs, and related regulatory filings.
Maintain organized, audit-ready records for lab results, quotes, BOLs, and customs paperwork.
Manage sample tracking and logistics to suppliers, wineries, and labs.

Obsessed with process improvement - always looking for a better, more efficient way to do things
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry is strongly preferred
Wine industry background a plus
NetSuite or comparable ERP experience preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
