Schedule: 4 days/week, 6–8 hours/day
Compensation: $24/hr with automatic raises, 30% staff discount at CCTR, accrued sick time/PTO

Role: Work directly with the founder/CEO to facilitate day-to-day production operations from raw materials through finished product, fulfillment, and delivery. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping production moving, maintaining accurate inventory, and communicating needs to the CEO and Sales Manager.
The right person is: Organized, proactive, reliable, a good communicator, and excited to take ownership and figure things out. Production skills can be taught. A background in food production, cooking, brewing, winemaking, or another hands-on production environment is a big plus.
Production
Responsible for ongoing production of all products.
Learn and become proficient in bottling, pressing, labeling, waxing, palletizing, and other production processes.
Maintain proper tank SOPs, sanitation, and organization of the production space.
Follow production schedules and tank timelines, including receiving, pressing, bottling, and packing.
This is a physical job, must be able to comfortably lift 50lbs
Inventory & Fulfillment
Conduct monthly physical inventory of raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and shipping supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory and communicate purchasing needs.
Receive and organize incoming materials and pallets.
Pack and ship weekly Faire and DTC orders.
Maintain finished case inventory and adequate shipping supplies.
Delivery
Manage a weekly local delivery route, approximately 3 hours maximum.
Communication
Meet weekly with the CEO to review production, inventory, and studio needs.
Meet bi-weekly with the Sales Manager to review upcoming orders and production needs.
Communicate staffing needs and any production or inventory issues as they arise.
