Our small, family-owned winery in the Dry Creek Valley of Healdsburg specializes in small-lot Pinot Noir and produces limited quantities of Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Rosé. We take pride in our great atmosphere, strong community culture, fantastic wine, and staff lunches! This winery is seeking to fill the position of Tasting Room Associate with a motivated candidate.
If you have the desire, personality, and enthusiasm, we will provide the training and sales techniques to help you succeed. This is a part-time position, usually 1-2 days/week. Must be able to work weekends, have flexibility to fill in shifts for other staff members, and work winery event weekends. Our starting hourly wage is $30 per hour plus Gratuities. QUALIFICATIONS & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prior experience in customer sales service, sales in the wine service industry (desired but not required)
Computer literate
Computer Point of Sale and Reservation System responsibilities
Professional personal presentation
Outgoing, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile
Sales skills-We will train our sales protocols
Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
Comfortably host tastings for both small and large groups in the Tasting Room and on the Patio
Must be over 21, able to lift 50lbs, and stand for extended periods of time
Must be available to work weekends
