Admeo Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team!

As a Technical Service and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Admeo’s Biosystems and Steroglass analyzers within the Food and Beverage Industry, as well as providing technical and application support for the existing customer base. The territory for this position is mainly California but will include periodic travel to other states.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will have:
•  2 years or more of experience in the beverage industry, with either Wine, Kombucha, or Cider
•  Familiarity working with BioSystems and Steroglass product line or other spectrophotometry auto-analyzers
•  Mechanical and Technical aptitude and curiosity
•  An ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on site, as well as remotely through email, phone calls, and remote desktop software
•  High level of self-management, motivation, and organization
•  Comfortable with travel up to a week and up to 30 days annually
•  Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. and be on your feet for up to six hours at a time

Key Responsibilities:
•  Maintenance and Repair of existing fleet of instruments
•  Application support to customers online and on-site
•  QC of new inventory and in-house upkeep
•  Installations and on-site training
•  User training on-site and on-line
