Use our POS system to process purchases and capture guest contact info
Field inbound calls — booking reservations, answering questions, and routing messages to the right person
Partner with teammates to solve guest service issues on the spot
Handle daily housekeeping (washing/buffing stemware, sweeping, etc.)
Support events, wine club periods, and marketing initiatives as needed
Take ownership of the tasting room's flow, guest experience, and brand standards each shift
What You Bring
Prior experience in high-end retail, customer service, or client-based sales
A passion for wine — prior wine knowledge isn't required, but enthusiasm to learn is
Professional, polished communication skills, both verbal and written
A creative, strategic mindset with a genuine desire to help people
A track record of reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfort with a role that shifts direction and pace throughout the day
