Updated salary range: $75,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Adobe Road Winery produces small-lot wines from premier family-owned vineyards across Sonoma County and Napa Valley. Owned by Kevin and Debra Buckler, our winery brings together a championship racing heritage and a passion for wine, reflected in our Racing Series wines. Our new riverfront winery and entertainment complex in Petaluma creates an exciting opportunity to help shape our next chapter.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to build brand awareness, grow engagement, and tell the Adobe Road story through compelling content. This hands-on role also supports e-commerce campaigns and website maintenance.
You’ll bring strong creative skills, a consumer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in social media and digital marketing. As your contributions and the business develop, there is room to grow your responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on a small team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Social Media
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand messaging and business priorities
- Create, curate, and publish photos, graphics, and video in collaboration with the team
- Capture and edit high-quality images and videos
- Develop and manage targeted paid advertising
- Respond to comments and messages to build relationships and grow our online community
- Track performance, report key metrics, and adjust strategy based on results
E-Commerce and Digital Communications
- Develop and manage the e-commerce marketing calendar
- Write and edit email, SMS, and other digital marketing content
- Coordinate campaigns that drive online sales
- Support online customer service to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
Website Management
- Help maintain the winery website and online store
- Monitor website functionality and efficiency
- Implement SEO best practices and manage Google Ads campaigns to support traffic and sales
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvements
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least four years of social media marketing experience, preferably in wine or the beverage alcohol industry
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community management, content creation, and paid advertising
- Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Meta’s reporting tools
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with website content management systems, such as WordPress and WineDirect
- E-commerce experience; WineDirect experience is a plus
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team
- A passion for wine and knowledge of the wine industry are a plus
ADDITIONAL SKILLS WE VALUE
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe products
- Video production and editing
- SEO and search engine marketing
- Email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- SMS marketing platforms, such as RedChirp
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and shared-file organization

LOCATION
This is an in-office position at Adobe Road Winery, 1995 S. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA.
