Artist Block is looking for a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to join our team in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We pour unpretentious, thoughtful wines with an experience that's anything but ordinary and we need someone with the sales instincts, hospitality chops, and personality to match.

This is a weekend-based role (Saturday & Sunday required) with occasional Friday or weekday shifts for events and coverage. Roughly 12-16 hours/week.

What you'll do:

-Guide guests through personalized tastings, curated to their taste, not a script
-Build real relationships that turn into wine club signups and repeat visits
-Keep checkout details, customer notes, and data accurate and on time
-Hit sales and club conversion goals with energy, not pressure
-Help keep the tasting room polished, stocked, and running smoothly
-Jump in on events and inventory as needed we're small and scrappy

What you bring:

2+ years tasting room experience, with strong references
A valid OLCC server permit and you're 21+
POS/reservation system experience (Tock or Shopify a big plus)
A proven ability to sell without it feeling like selling
Wine knowledge or a real hunger to build it
Weekend availability, plus flexibility for events
Ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation: $18/hr + tips + incentives on club conversion and sales — averaging $35-$40/hr all-in for strong performers.
