We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support the day-to-day movement, organization, fulfillment, and delivery of wine and winery materials. This role works across warehouse operations, DTC shipping, inventory, and local logistics.

The right person is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The position involves physical warehouse work as well as driving and local pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

-Pick, pack, and prepare DTC wine orders for shipment
-Check orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouse
-Receive, organize, stock, and move wine inventory
-Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
-Monitor inventory levels for wine, shipping materials, and other warehouse supplies
-Assist with regular inventory counts
-Prepare cases and pallets for shipment, including wrapping, stacking, and labeling
-Load and unload wine, pallets, dry goods, and other materials
-Pick up and deliver dry goods, wine, pallets, and other winery materials between locations
-Complete local wine deliveries and other business-related errands
-Move wine, barrels, pallets, and other materials using company vehicles and warehouse equipment
-Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment when needed
-Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
-Assist with customer will-call orders
-Help resolve basic DTC shipping, delivery, and return questions
Support the winemaking and operations teams with local pickups, deliveries, and other tasks as needed
-Take on additional warehouse, fulfillment, and operational responsibilities as the needs of the business change

Qualifications
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
-Comfortable driving locally and making regular pickups and deliveries
-Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
-Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or wine industry experience preferred, but not required
-Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred
-High school diploma or GED
-Ability to communicate effectively in English
