Wine Club Manager – Part-Time

Scribner Bend Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and sales-minded Part-Time Wine Club Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves wine, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
The Wine Club Manager will oversee day-to-day wine club activities, engage with tasting room guests to introduce them to our wine club, manage member communications and benefits, and help grow and retain our wine club membership.
Compensation
$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus commissions on new Wine Club memberships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration of the Scribner Bend Vineyards Wine Club.
Welcome and engage tasting room guests and identify opportunities to introduce them to our Wine Club.
Educate guests about Wine Club benefits, releases, discounts, events, and member experiences.
Actively promote and sell new Wine Club memberships and earn commissions for new sign-ups.
Maintain accurate member information, preferences, billing details, and account changes.
Coordinate Wine Club releases, pickups, shipments, and member communications.
Assist with Wine Club events, special releases, and member experiences.
Respond promptly and professionally to member questions by phone, email, and in person.
Help resolve membership, shipping, billing, and account issues.
Work closely with the Tasting Room and Events teams to create a consistent and welcoming customer experience.
Track membership growth, cancellations, and other key Wine Club activity.
Maintain organized records and ensure Wine Club procedures are followed.
Assist with tasting room operations as needed during busy periods.
Qualifications
Previous experience in wine, hospitality, tasting room, retail, membership sales, or customer service preferred.
OrderPort experience is a strong plus.
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confident and comfortable with sales and asking for the business.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Professional, friendly, and personable with a genuine interest in wine.
Must be comfortable working weekends and winery events as needed.
Previous Wine Club or wine industry experience is preferred but not required.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who can turn a great tasting room experience into a long-term relationship with our winery. The ideal candidate is warm, outgoing, organized, and naturally sales-oriented without being pushy.
You should enjoy talking with people, have the confidence to explain why someone should join our Wine Club, and be motivated by both excellent customer service and measurable sales results.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to earn additional income through Wine Club membership commissions.
