About the Role
JH Wine Consulting is looking for a motivated Harvest Laboratory Technician to join our fast-paced, high sample volume winemaking team for the 2026 vintage. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about enology or food science who thrives in a hands-on lab environment. You’ll play a key role in daily lab operations, supporting the winemaking team through accurate testing, organization, and data analysis, in addition to sampling in the cellar.

What You’ll Do
•  Set up the laboratory for daily operations
•  Pull samples and perform additions as needed
•  Clean and maintain lab equipment, glassware, and workspaces
•  Operate and multitask across multiple lab instruments
•  Accurately record, organize, and synthesize analytical data
•  Support harvest-related lab activities in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For
•  BS in Chemistry, Biology, Viticulture & Enology, or a related field
•  Strong math, science, and computer skills
•  Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high sample load

Nice to Have
•  Spanish language skills
•  Previous hands-on laboratory experience from harvest or college coursework
