Part-Time (Full-time potential) Scope of Work

Tasting Room Operations, Hospitality, & Wine Club
Role Overview:
Part-time operations and hospitality role focused on maintaining tasting room service, supporting wine club, and assisting with key operational tasks.

Estimated weekly workload: 18–22 hours per week.
Friday: 1 pm - 7pm; Saturday: 12 pm - 6pm; Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm

1. Weekend Tasting Room Operations
•  Host tastings and educating guests on wines
•  Bottle and merchandise sales
•  Opening and closing procedures
•  Managing group reservations/private parties and guest flow
•  Maintaining tasting room cleanliness and presentation
•  Stocking wines, glassware, and supplies
•  Handling POS transactions and daily sales reports
•  Assisting wine club members during visits

2. Wine Club Support & Customer Communication
•  Responding to wine club inquiries
•  Coordinating wine club releases
•  Support wine club pickup weekends & Shipment follow-up
•  Communicating membership updates when needed
•  Communicating member issues or requests
Goal: Grow & Maintain strong club member engagement and retention.

3. Marketing & Social Media Support
•  Assisting with social media posts (Instagram/Facebook)
•  Capturing tasting room photos or content when possible
•  Updating event promotions
•  Assisting with email announcements when needed

4. Event Support
•  Guest check-in
•  Wine service
•  Setup and breakdown
•  Guest hospitality
