Dukes Family Vineyards is a small winery located outside Amity, Oregon, producing premium wines. We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic harvest interns to support our team during the upcoming vintage.

Join us for the 2026 harvest!
You will gain hands-on experience while working closely with an experienced winemaking team. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical cellar skills and contribute at every stage of harvest in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities
•  Receive, sort, and process incoming fruit
•  Assist with crush activities
•  Perform punchdowns, pumpovers, and fermentation monitoring
•  Clean and sanitize
•  Assist with barrel work
•  Help with vineyard sampling

Qualifications
•  Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptable
•  Availability to work long hours (including weekends)
•  Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
•  Strong skills with communication and teamwork
•  Qualified persons will receive a competitive pay based on experience
•  Forklift experience is a plus but not required
