We are assisting our client, a beautiful, elevated winery and crush facility in Amador County, in identifying a talented General Manager to lead the charge; taking the winery from a family-run operation to a structured, scaling business. You’ve demonstrated success and can run a P&L, grow sales channels, lead and mentor teams, and install the systems a scaling company needs. You are entrepreneurial enough to thrive in a young business and disciplined enough to give it a backbone.

With views of the rolling vineyards with the Sierra Foothills as their backdrop, you will coach, mentor, and lead a small onsite team.
