Senior GTM Engineer, Demand & Growth

InnoVint

Remote > West Linn, OR

Job Description:

THE ROLE
Marketing at InnoVint drives the majority of our pipeline and revenue with a small, high-leverage team. As we grow, we're investing in the systems and automation that let a lean team compete like a much larger one. This is a new kind of role for us: part demand gen operator, part builder. Someone who owns a pipeline number and builds the AI-powered engine that generates and accelerates it. If you've been waiting for a seat where marketing craft and systems-building are the same job, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own a pipeline number and build the systems that hit it. On the inbound side, you'll run the demand programs and experiments that feed our funnel. On the outbound side, you'll build the AI-assisted research and personalization engine that our SDR and Account Executives run on every day. You'll wire together the tools, automations, and workflows that remove manual work out of prospecting and demand gen, and you'll measure everything so you always know what's working. It’s hands-on, with little hand-holding and a wide impact, working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to turn systems into pipeline. We're not hiring someone to run paid ads by hand, run webinars, or build clever AI that never touches revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
– A net-new pipeline number, from both our inbound demand and our outbound-assist motions. Success in this role is directly tied to the net-new pipeline you generate and accelerate.
– Inbound demand programs and experimentation. You own and measure the programs that feed the top of funnel: campaigns, nurture, conversion, and the experiments that grow top-of-funnel. Plus you’ll oversee any agencies running paid or growth programs.
– The AI-assisted outbound engine. You build and run the system that makes sales prospecting fast and personalized at scale: account research, enrichment, signal-to-action, and outreach drafting, used daily by our AEs and SDR. That includes surfacing intent and engagement signals from our CRM and turning them into timed, coordinated outreach with Sales.
– The GTM infrastructure that lets our small team compete like a large one: scoring, prioritization, and the AI-enabled workflows that remove manual work from prospecting and demand gen.
– The measurement behind all of it. You’ll attribute pipeline to source and report regularly on progress, results, and what is and isn't working.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BUILD
These are illustrative and meant to highlight the kind of work this role exists to do:
– An inbound experiment loop (landing pages, offers, conversion paths) with clean measurement
Why it Matters: Rebuilds top-of-funnel to prevent softening of demo requests; ensures we aren’t leaving pipeline on the table
– A lifecycle and nurture system that moves more inbound leads to SQL without more headcount
Why it Matters: Ensures an efficient GTM system that can scale without unnecessarily raising customer acquisition costs
– An AI research-and-personalization workflow that turns a named account into a briefed, multi-threaded outreach draft in minutes
Why it Matters: Cuts down on the prospecting prep that currently bottlenecks AEs and often lands on the marketing / rev ops team
– A simple, reliable account and lead scoring framework wired into HubSpot
Why it Matters: Points our SDR and AE teams at the accounts most likely to convert
– A signal system that surfaces intent and engagement and triggers the right next step
Why it Matters: Turns the data hidden in our CRM into timed, coordinated outreach with sales
– A website chatbot that qualifies and routes, or an equivalent conversion play
Why it Matters: Captures demand + saves time from manual qualification

WHAT YOU BRING
– A builder's instinct. You want to own a number, and you reach for systems and automation to hit it rather than brute force.
– Demand gen fluency. You think in funnels and are happy to be measured on pipeline.
– Analytics rigor. You report on your own work without being asked. You track what's working, attribute results to source, and can show progress in a way others can follow.
– Editorial judgment. You can tell the difference between outreach that sounds fluent and outreach that converts, especially when working with AI, and you edit accordingly.
– Ruthless prioritization. On a small team with a big mandate, what you choose not to do matters as much as what you ship.
– Independence. You're a hands-on doer who can also design the system, comfortable being the whole function for your number with little hand-holding.
– Passion for the wine industry and how wineries operate (industry experience not required).

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, marketing ops, or revenue operations, including time owning or directly driving a pipeline number. B2B SaaS experience preferred, but not required.
– A portfolio of GTM systems or automations you’ve built that made it into production and drove real pipeline or time savings. Note: We care more about what you've built than where you've worked. In the interview process, expect to walk us through a GTM system you've shipped: the problem, what you built, the tradeoffs, and the pipeline or productivity it drove.
– Hands-on with HubSpot or a comparable platform (Salesforce, Marketo) at the workflow and integration level, not just as an end user.
– Fluency with AI and automation tools in a go-to-market context (for example Clay, LLM APIs (preference for Claude), or low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
InnoVint's compensation program delivers above-market total compensation based on role, level, and geography. Total compensation includes base salary, uncapped bonus/variable, and stock options (ISOs), as well as a benefits package including:
– Medical, dental, vision
– 401(k) plan with company matching
– Unlimited PTO
– Communications allowance
– Wellness program allowance
