North Berkeley Imports is seeking an experienced, top-performing regional sales professional for the dynamic and growing southern California market.

For more than three decades, North Berkeley Imports has been a leader in direct imports and fine wine sales across the United States. We have successfully built solid client relationships based on trust and transparency, and we sell our family-made, artisanal wine selections from France and Italy from the enthusiasm and consistency cultivated through these connections. North Berkeley Imports was named Wine & Spirits' "Importer of the Year" four times, in 2019, 2020, 2022 & 2023.

We’re offering the right candidate a regional sales position with significant growth potential in southern California, with a territory covering the greater Los Angeles area. If your passion is fine wine and you possess the following skills and talents, we’d love to hear from you.

•  Extensive experience in the wholesale wine market in southern California

•  Proven ability to work independently; we're looking for self-starters with established professional networks

•  Proficiency in customer management software; experience with NetSuite a plus

•  Solid knowledge of French and Italian wine regions and grape varieties; knowledge of regional craft spirits a plus

•  High ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to seamless customer service

•  Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a commission structure based on sales performance starting at $75,000, with an unlimited possibility for growth given the potential of this territory. Added benefits include health insurance and a safe-harbor matching company 401K plan.
