We are seeking an experienced Estate Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality team at the JUSTIN Estate in Paso Robles. Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, this position oversees daily operations of the Tasting Room, JUST Inn, and elevated tasting experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on luxury hospitality leader with wine industry experience, strong sales ability, and a passion for developing teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

This full-time, on-site position is located at 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, CA. A flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.

Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, train, coach, and inspire wine educators and hospitality professionals to deliver luxury service.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop high-performing team members.
Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and hospitality.
Partner with Marketing, Wine Club, Events, and other teams to execute private tastings, special events, and wine-release experiences.
Represent the estate at select trade and industry events.
Guest Experience and Operations
Ensure every guest receives a personalized, world-class wine and hospitality experience.
Oversee daily operations of the Tasting Room, JUST Inn, and elevated tasting programs.
Manage staff scheduling, reservations, inventory, quality assurance, and facility presentation.
Maintain luxury brand standards throughout all guest-facing spaces.
Build relationships with high-value guests, wine-club members, and collectors to encourage loyalty and long-term engagement.
Sales and Financial Performance
Monitor and communicate weekly budgets, wine and merchandise sales, tours, outreach efforts, staff training, and performance metrics.
Coach the team to improve wine-club conversion, sales performance, and guest engagement through storytelling and personalized service.
Partner with Merchandise and Marketing teams to support wine and retail sales.
Manage merchandise budgets, displays, and tasting-room ambiance.
Use guest feedback and performance data to improve membership growth, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of hospitality operations management experience.
2+ years of retail sales experience.
Wine industry experience is required.
Proven experience leading, hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
Strong luxury sales background with the ability to promote wine, memberships, and premium products.
Demonstrated success improving club conversion through storytelling, coaching, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills.
Experience managing budgets, sales goals, inventory, schedules, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Alcohol and Food Handler certifications, such as ServSafe or TIPS, or ability to obtain them upon employment.
Introductory wine certification, such as WSET or CMS, is preferred.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $85,000–$95,000 per year and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will depend on skills and experience.
