Harper Voit 2026 Harvest Intern – McMinnville, Oregon

Join our team for the upcoming harvest in the heart of Oregon wine country!

Harper Voit is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Harvest Interns to join us for the upcoming
vintage. Based in McMinnville, Oregon, we are a small, collaborative winery producing
premium wines for Harper Voit and a select group of custom crush clients. You'll gain hands-on
experience throughout harvest while working with fruit sourced from vineyards across the
Willamette Valley, representing many of the region's AVAs and a diverse range of grape
varieties and winemaking styles.

This is an excellent opportunity to build practical cellar skills, work closely with an experienced
winemaking team, and be involved in every stage of harvest in a fast-paced, quality-focused
environment.

Responsibilities
•  Receive, sort, and process incoming fruit
•  Operate presses and assist with crush activities
•  Perform punchdowns, pumpovers, and fermentation monitoring
•  Conduct basic laboratory analysis (Brix, pH, temperature, etc.)
•  Transfer juice and wine between tanks and barrels
•  Clean and sanitize winery equipment, tanks, hoses, and work areas
•  Assist with barrel work, including washing, steaming, and barreling down
•  Help with vineyard sampling as needed
•  Maintain accurate records of cellar activities

Qualifications
•  Positive attitude and strong work ethic
•  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, during peak harvest
•  Ability to lift 25 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills
•  Previous harvest or winery experience is preferred but not required
•  Forklift experience is a plus but not required
