Ackley Brands is a Pacific Northwest beverage company looking for a Creative Associate to support our Creative Manager across the full brand portfolio. This is a real entry-level creative role with hands-on production work - a strong first step for a recent grad ready to build their craft on a stellar working creative team. You'll touch packaging, brand assets, and our websites from day one.
What you'll do:
• Build and adjust label artwork within supplied dielines, keeping files print-ready and true to spec
• Support creative across the beer and wine portfolio: packaging, point-of-sale, digital, and event collateral
• Make light website updates such as content swaps, page clean-up, and image and link fixes
• Prep and organize production files, layered artwork, and asset libraries
• Adapt existing brand assets to new formats and sizes
• Take direction from the Creative Manager and turn rough concepts into clean, on-brand layouts
• Flag anything on a label that looks off so a full-time team member can verify it against compliance requirements
What we're looking for:
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• A portfolio that shows real layout and typography sense
• Comfort working inside templates and dielines without breaking them
• Basic comfort making website edits in a CMS. You don't need to code, but you shouldn't be afraid of the back end
• Detail obsession. Packaging is unforgiving and small errors get printed thousands of times
• Reliable, communicative, and able to take feedback without taking it personally
• Interest in wine, beer, and brand work is a plus

• 32 hours per week, hybrid with set onsite days
