DaVero Farms & Winery, just outside Healdsburg, is looking for an exceptional individual to add to our hospitality team.

Our story and our wines are unique and compelling. We exclusively grow Italian grape varietals, which are perfectly suited to our Mediterranean climate.

As a 100% direct-to-consumer winery, we take great pride in a guest experience centered on education. Our commitment to Biodynamic and Organic farming goes back over 20 years, and has created not just spectacular wines and olive oils, but one of the most stunning settings in wine country.

We’re looking to add one experienced, full-time sales professional to our hospitality team – someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, sharing compelling stories, and creating memorable guest experiences that result in enduring connections between guests and the farm.

You don't need to be a wine guru; your superpower needs to be connecting with people through telling stories.

If you’re the right person, you’ll be an excellent communicator and team-member, with real enthusiasm for what we do coupled with an open mind (because what we do is very different, so there’s a lot to learn). And you’ll have a passion for telling *true* stories (because there’s nothing made-up or “spun” about what we say).

Since it’s a sales position, you’ll also bring a genuine love of closing, whether face to face selling with a first time visitor or returning member, signing someone for a club, or connecting via outbound calls, texts, and emails with our many remote customers.

And because in our small, tight team everyone does everything, you’ll enjoy chipping in wherever needed.

Qualifications
•  2+ years of success in consumer sales, ideally in wine or luxury hospitality.
•  Available to work Friday through Monday (or more) and holidays, plus occasional evenings and special events.
•  21+, with a valid California drivers license.
•  Comfort with software, including point-of-sale, CRM, reservation, and office suites.
•  Ability to lift 50 pounds (a case of wine) easily.

Compensation & Benefits
•  $22 to $30 hour depending on experience, plus meaningful gratuities and sign-up bonuses.
•  Fully paid health insurance; paid time off.
•  Employee wine club membership.
