As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Tax Compliance Specialist to join our tax operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, identifying discrepancies before they become issues, and producing accurate work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working closely with our Tax Operations Manager and experienced compliance professionals, you'll play a key role in preparing recurring tax filings, supporting winery and beverage alcohol clients nationwide, and helping ensure our reputation for exceptional client service and accuracy continues to grow.

This is a full-time position based in Roanoke, Texas. While this is primarily an onsite role, limited hybrid flexibility of one to two remote workdays per week may be available following successful onboarding, based on demonstrated performance and operational needs.
