ARTESA HOSPITALITY LEAD
We're looking for a hospitality-driven, organized, and dependable Hospitality Lead to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of our hospitality team.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Hospitality Manager to reinforce service standards, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, and help create a welcoming, seamless experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
Support our concierge team with reservation booking and guest communications.
Coordinate host flow and manage walk-in guests.
Assist with by-the-glass service for walk-in visitors.
Help ensure daily hospitality operations run efficiently and consistently.
Reinforce company policies, service standards, and operational processes.
Lead by example, fostering a polished, collaborative, and guest-focused team culture.

Experience in hospitality leadership or elevated guest service environments is preferred.
Strong professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and communication skills.
While this position includes some sales support, its primary focus is on hospitality, team coordination, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) (Thursday to Monday)
$24/hour, plus tips and commissions
