Quivira Vineyards & Winery has been farming organically in the heart of Dry Creek Valley since 1981. As one of California's few CCOF-certified organic vineyard estates, we're passionate about exceptional wines, environmentally responsible farming, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences that connect guests to the land.

We're looking for an energetic, positive, and hardworking team member who wants to gain hands-on experience in wine, hospitality, culinary events, and organic farming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

* Represent Quivira at weekly farmers markets (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
* Assist with winery dinners, private events, and seasonal experiences
* Welcome guests and support wine service
* Bar back, bus tables, polish glassware, reset tasting spaces, and stock supplies
* Assist with light kitchen prep and food service during events
* Help keep the estate beautiful, organized, and guest-ready
* Support the team wherever needed to create exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
* Interest in wine, food, farming, or hospitality
* Hospitality, restaurant, winery, or customer service experience is a plus
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A Few Things You Should Know

No task is beneath anyone at Quivira. Some days you'll be pouring wine, other days you may be bussing tables, unloading the farmers market van, polishing glassware, or helping set up an unforgettable dinner under the stars.

Schedule & Compensation

* Part-time to start
* Tuesdays and Saturdays required
* Evening and weekend availability needed
* Competitive hourly wage based on experience and tips when applicable
* Opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds), bending, reaching, pushing and pulling equipment, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
