Estate Hospitality Host

Quivira Vineyards is one of California's premier CCOF-certified organic vineyard estates, located in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. We believe exceptional wines deserve exceptional hospitality, creating meaningful experiences that connect our guests to the land, our farming, and our wines.

We're looking for an Estate Wine Educator to join our hospitality team. This is much more than a tasting room position. You'll host wine tastings, vineyard and garden tours, estate dinners, and unique guest experiences while sharing the story of Quivira with visitors from around the world.

Whether your background is in luxury hospitality, fine dining, boutique hotels, private clubs, concierge services, or wineries, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

* Host exceptional wine tastings, tours, and estate experiences
* Share the story of Quivira's wines, organic farming, and Dry Creek Valley
* Build lasting guest relationships that inspire wine sales and club memberships
* Assist with winery dinners, private events, and special experiences
* Manage reservations and guest communications with professionalism and care
* Maintain a polished, welcoming hospitality environment
* Work collaboratively with our hospitality, culinary, vineyard, and operations teams

Qualifications

* Two or more years of hospitality or guest service experience (restaurants, hotels, resorts, private clubs, wineries, concierge, luxury retail, or similar)
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
* Comfortable with sales and relationship building
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift and carry wine, product samples, event supplies, and other materials weighing up to **50 pounds**.
