•  Ability to follow written and verbal directions, established procedures, and multi-step checklists.
•  Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to track multiple deadlines.
•  Professional, clear, and courteous written and verbal communication.
•  A customer-service mindset and the ability to respond calmly and helpfully when clients have questions or concerns.
•  Sound judgment about when to proceed independently and when to ask for guidance.
•  Comfort learning regulations, terminology, software systems, and detailed administrative processes.
•  Reliability, accountability, and willingness to contribute to shared team and office responsibilities.
•  Ability to work productively in an open office environment that includes collaboration, telephone conversations, and normal workplace activity.

Qualifications
•  Proficiency with common business technology, including email, web-based systems, spreadsheets, and document management.
•  Demonstrated experience performing detail-oriented administrative, compliance, licensing, accounting, legal, customer-service, or similar work.
•  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training is welcome.
•  Prior alcohol beverage compliance experience is helpful but not required.
