Engineering Field Technician (Bilingual English/Spanish) Enartis USA Windsor, CA
Enartis USA is seeking a hands-on Engineering Field Technician to install, service, and support winery equipment and automation systems. This position combines field service, customer support, warehouse operations, and technical assistance for winery clients throughout California and other regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot winery equipment and automation systems.
Service and maintain installed systems, including sensors, networks, and communication devices.
Train customers on the operation of equipment and systems.
Document field service activities and communicate findings to the Engineering team.
Prepare, inspect, test, and organize equipment and spare parts in the Windsor warehouse.
Support customer visits, equipment demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events.
Assist sales and technical teams with customer support activities.

Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience working with tools, mechanical equipment, basic electrical systems, plumbing, or pneumatics.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software applications.
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel throughout the year, including occasional international travel.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work safely in winery environments.

Preferred
Training or experience in engineering, automation, mechatronics, or industrial systems.
Experience in wineries, food and beverage manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Knowledge of Ethernet networks, Wi-Fi, PLCs, SCADA, or industrial control systems.

Travel
Frequent travel to wineries throughout California, especially during harvest season (July–October). Occasional travel to Washington, Oregon, Canada, Europe, or South America may be required.

Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,500 to $75,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. In addition to competitive compensation, Enartis USA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and reimbursement for eligible business travel expenses. Compensation and benefits are subject to change and may vary based on business needs.
