Tasting Room Associate — St. Innocent Winery

St. Innocent Winery is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented team player to join our tasting room staff. We produce approximately 7,500 cases per year, focusing on terroir-driven, single-vineyard-designated wines. Our team delivers memorable, outstanding customer service while sharing our story and educating guests. This is a part-time position with potential for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, in person and by phone
Open and close the tasting room
Learn and communicate the St. Innocent story and what makes our wines distinctive
Promote and sell wine and wine club memberships
Process transactions and manage data using a computer/tablet
Stand and walk for most of the shift

Compensation:
The posted salary range reflects base pay only. Employees typically earn significantly more once tips, service charges, and commissions are included.
