DRNK Winery, a boutique located on the Laguna Ridge of the Russian River Valley, specializes in producing distinctive small lot wines and hosting guided wine tours through their active winemaking cave. They’re seeking an experienced and knowledgeable wine professional to join the team as Tasting Room Lead Tour Host. For this hands-on position, applicants should be self-starters with strong people and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up/clean up for winery tastings & tours
Assistance with tasting & tour scheduling
Host and lead tastings & tours for groups up to 16 ppl.
Provide detailed knowledge on the wines and region
Process on-site wines sales & shipments
Available to assist with planning and represent the winery at special events on and off-site

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years relevant Wine Industry/Tasting Room experience
Experience using POS Systems
Past wine education experience or demonstrates knowledge of wine production and history
Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in front of large groups.
Uphold high standard of hospitality and deliver superior customer service experience
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
A weekend position; beginning part-time with potential to grow.
