Summer Dreams Wines is looking for candidates to join the winery team for the upcoming 2026 harvest. A sincere appreciation for wine and a willingness to work long hours as part of a growing winery team, are required attributes for any candidate.

Candidates will work alongside our talented winery team, in our state of the art winemaking facility in Healdsburg. The experience will be like no other in Sonoma, or the world. The wines we make are hand crafted with the utmost of care and attention to detail.

The position will begin in July/August and continue into November/December. Exact dates will depend on the growing season and harvest schedule.

Salary (hourly rate) is based on prior experience. Typically between $24-$26/hr, but can be higher based on experience.

Job responsibilities include:
- Grape sampling
- Winery and equipment sanitation
- Grape crushing and sorting
- Pumpovers and punchdowns
- Pressing
- Barrel prep and filling

Other requirements for the position include:
- Ability to work long hours, 7 days a week.
- Ability to take direction and work within the existing team framework.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with an attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to show up on time.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
