Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day sales support for a small sales team
• Process day-of orders for local market (New York/New Jersey)
• Process out of state purchase orders
• Manage out-of-state product reservations & new compliance items
• Other data entry and administrative tasks as necessary (training will be provided)
o Submission of new labels for regulatory compliance
o Data entry of new SKU details
o Onboarding of new winemakers & accounts
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail)
• Prior experience with a CRM preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required
Schedule:
• US-Based Applicants Only
• Fully Remote (East Coast Hours Based)
• Schedule can be flexible, but order processing deadline will need to be covered (4pm-5pm ET M-F)
Requirements:
• No computer will be provided, must utilize own
• 1099 Contract Position
• Part-Time (20+ Hours/Week)
Compensation:
• Determined by qualifications and experience
