We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, logistics, or other high-volume service industries translates well to this position.

Best of all, you'll enjoy a Monday–Friday daytime schedule—no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Process and oversee daily customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
Monitor order queues, identify issues, and proactively resolve processing challenges.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
Assist with inventory accuracy by working alongside the warehouse team during cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure shipping and order processing procedures comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, logistics, fulfillment, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Experience with FORT Systems or similar warehouse/order management software is a strong plus.
