Position Summary:
Lithology is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Winery Ambassador to join our team in St. Helena. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional one-on-one guest experiences and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment. The Winery Ambassador serves as the face of Lithology, creating memorable and personalized experiences for every guest who visits our property. As a key member of a small hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to have an impact on the growth of an already exciting brand.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Provide warm, engaging, and personalized hospitality to all guests, ensuring an elevated and memorable tasting experience
•  Educate guests on Lithology wines, vineyard practices, and brand story with confidence and authenticity
•  Execute seated tastings, tours, and private dinners with attention to detail and professionalism
•  Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and wine club membership
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing tasting and office environment at all times
•  Accurately process transactions, reservations, and wine shipments using POS systems
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and uphold brand standards
•  Assist with events, special activations, and other hospitality initiatives as needed
•  Build out dinners with private collectors and clubs with a focus on DTC sales outside of Napa
•  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•  Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated approach to responsibilities
•  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
•  High level of integrity and accountability
•  Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and customer service
•  Ability to hold an engaged audience for a full 90-minute experience
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to multitask and remain composed in any environment
•  Prior experience in hospitality, wine, or luxury service preferred
•  Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
•  Ability to travel for tasting events and in market customer visits
•  Proficiency with OFFSET and other DTC tools preferred
•  Proven success in sales and developing/maintaining professional relationships
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (wine cases)
•  Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
