Hospitality Service Support (Seasonal, Part-Time)

Abbott Claim is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a seasonal, part-time role. This position averages approximately 20–30 hours per week through November, with reduced seasonal hours thereafter.

What You'll Do:
Support daily tasting room operations and guest experiences with precision and care
Prepare and present culinary offerings with an exceptional attention to detail
Maintain glassware, dishwashing, and overall service readiness to the highest standards
Fulfill wine orders, shipping requests, and inventory restocking
Execute opening and closing procedures with consistency and professionalism
Preserve the beauty, cleanliness, and operational excellence of the winery
Assist with winery events, member experiences, and special hospitality programs
Participate in ongoing wine education and team training
Support teammates wherever needed, recognizing that exceptional hospitality is always a team effort
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 5+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or winery experience
Finds satisfaction in anticipating needs before they are expressed
Believes that behind-the-scenes excellence is just as important as guest-facing service
Brings humility, professionalism, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to every shift
Maintains composure, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment
Appreciates fine wine, exceptional food, and meaningful guest experiences
Is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Holds (or can obtain) an Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit
Is available to work weekends, with occasional evenings and holidays
Experience with Commerce7 is a plus
