Managing Director, International Sales

At Silver Oak, we believe every moment matters. As we accelerate our global growth, we're seeking an accomplished international sales leader to expand the reach of one of America's most iconic luxury wine portfolios.

Why This Role Matters:
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the Managing Director, International Sales will shape and execute our international growth strategy across EMEA, APAC and emerging markets. You will strengthen importer partnerships, expand distribution, develop high-performing teams, and elevate the Silver Oak family of brands with the world's finest trade partners.

What You'll Do:
•  Develop and execute the global commercial strategy to deliver ambitious revenue and brand growth.
•  Lead and coach Regional Sales Managers across EMEA and APAC.
•  Identify new market opportunities and strengthen importer relationships.
•  Partner cross-functionally on pricing, allocations, product launches and marketing.
•  Represent Silver Oak at key trade events, tastings and customer experiences worldwide.
•  Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs and business reviews while building a high-performing international organization.

Who You Are:
•  10+ years of wine sales leadership, including at least 5 years leading international markets.
•  Established global importer and luxury on-premise relationships.
•  Strategic business developer with a record of growing premium brands.
•  Experienced people leader who develops winning teams.
•  Culturally curious, globally minded, and excited to travel internationally (65%+).
•  This role will be a remote worker, based in the U.S.
