ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintains costing data all TCV products; verifies current customer margins are within acceptable ranges.
• In coordination with customer, establishes delivery schedule for products.
• Completes all paperwork including (but not limited to): UPC code approvals, Invoice Numbers, Product codes, etc.
• Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
• Serves as primary point of contact for customer issues relating to pricing and delivery.
• Supports the staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference calls, etc.
• Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
• Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
• Resolves customer issues/problems.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Overtime work may be required, normal office environment
EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED:
Telephone, fax machine, copier, computer, calculator
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs., bending, sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or 60 hours toward a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years of administrative support.
• Strong database and spreadsheet experience.
• Experience pricing/margins strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
