Position Summary:
We’re hiring seasonal harvest workers to work with our vineyard and crush team from August through October. Ideal candidates have at least one prior harvest season and bring a strong work ethic, good energy, and attention to fruit quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort fruit at receiving to ensure quality standards
Load and unload bins and transport fruit safely to crush pad
Assist with basic crush pad duties: dumping bins, moving fruit, cleaning equipment
Follow supervisor directions for timing and quality decisions during harvest
Maintain a clean, safe work area and report equipment/issues promptly
Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required

Required Qualifications:

Minimum one prior harvest season experience preferred
Available and committed August through October (dates may vary by season)
Physically able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly, stand/walk for long shifts, work in variable weather
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude
Basic English language skills for communication and safety

Preferred:
Forklift experience (must show valid certification)
Experience with crush equipment
Knowledge of grape varieties and quality indicators

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage (DOE) + possible overtime; seasonal housing may be available (if applicable)
