Role Overview
Bionic Wine is developing its inaugural hospitality experience. The Hospitality Manager will be focused on the sister brands of Cayuse, showcasing the wines of Horsepower, No Girls, Hors Categorie and Champagne Christophe Baron. During the peak season, this role is focused on delivering elevated, thoughtful wine and food pairing experience that convert visitors into long-term members and advocates. In the off-season, the role pivots toward sales strategy, wine club growth, wine club events, private events, and relationship-based outreach.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wine Experience & Hospitality Leadership
Lead all on-site wine experiences, tastings, and hosted encounters, ensuring each guest interaction reflects the winery’s values and standards.
Personally host high-value guests, trade, press, and members.
Train, mentor, and manage hospitality staff to deliver consistent and engaging experiences.
Develop and refine tasting formats and guest flow to maximize satisfaction and conversion.
Oversee daily hospitality operations including scheduling and service standards.


Events, Sales, Growth & Relationship Building
Lead the planning and coordination for the annual Bionic Wines Weekend event, including scheduling, managing contracts and permits, organizing tasting notes, and overseeing paid and volunteer staffing.
Drive wine club enrollment and on-site sales through experience-led engagement.
Strategize outreach to key customers, collectors, and trade partners.
Support private tastings, dinners, and off-site events.
Collaborate on allocations, seasonal releases, and sales campaigns.
Analyze sales performance and customer data to inform strategy.
Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening long-term relationships.

Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a bridge between hospitality, winemaking, and ownership.
Responsible for all inventory for the tastings which includes restocking and packing carry-out orders.
Contribute to long-term hospitality and sales strategy.
Uphold a culture of professionalism and generosity.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and performance review.


Qualifications & Experience
3+ years in hospitality leadership, wine sales, or luxury guest experience.
Strong wine knowledge; certification preferred.
Proven ability to drive direct-to-consumer sales and wine club growth.
Natural host with confidence engaging high-touch clientele.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and seasonal intensity.


Requirements:
Expertise in Microsoft and Google suites. Familiarity with Canva is a bonus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Self-starter, able to handle rapidly changing priorities, Capable of working well under pressure.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and be a dependable resource for management.
Positive attitude and collaborative approach.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in cool
56-degree environment.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
